Evra says Man Utd going for the lot this season

Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra says they're going for the lot this season.

In the wake of Sunday's victory over Liverpool, Evra outlined his team's ambitions in the FA Cup but also gave an insight into how Sir Alex Ferguson's squad have learned some lessons from last season's late capitulation in the League.

Evra said: "If we win the Champions League, the League and the FA Cup, I'll say it's the best team I've played in because I've only ever won two trophies in a season before. We'll see at the end of the season.

"Everything is possible but I don't want to start to talk about targets. I just want to concentrate on each game, winning each game and improving as a team in each game. And after that we're going to be difficult to beat.

"I think the difference between last year and this year is that we have been more focused on Manchester United.

"I remember last year some players and a lot of people at the club were talking about who City were going to play in the next game, who are City going to do this or that against. But this year we are focusing on ourselves because we know if we play well, we are Manchester United and we have to show that every game.

"Last season we had a lot of respect for City and didn't focus on our job. We are Manchester United and it's not normal to be focused on another team.

"It's not arrogant to be saying that. It's because I've played for Manchester United for seven years and it's always been like this, but last year we were looking at another team and that is no good."
