Evra return as Man Utd players welcome stunning Liverpool Cup draw

Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra is back at Anfield this month after drawing Liverpool in the next round of the FA Cup. United face Liverpool at the end of the month in what will be the first meeting between the sides since October's controversial clash when Kop forward Luis Suarez racially abused Evra.

The Merseysiders last week accepted an eight-match ban for the Uruguayan over the incident and he will not be available for the clash.

United striker Wayne Rooney, who scored twice in yesterday's dramatic 3-2 win at Manchester City, said: "What a draw for next round.

"Another big game. Can't wait for it already."

Red Devils defender Rio Ferdinand added: "Liverpool away . . . what a tie! Great game for the FA Cup and our fans! Let's 'av it! Roll on the fourth round."

Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen, who is battling to overcome a thigh injury, said: "And people talk about United always getting lucky Cup draws!

"Couldn't get much tougher. What a game to look forward to."

And Kop midfielder Charlie Adam added: "Great draw. Man United at home - that's the FA Cup."
