Everton winger Andy van der Meyde is pleading for one last chance at Goodison Park.

The Daily Mai says Van der Meyde wants a last chance with Everton, claiming he has been hit badly by the illness of daughter Dolce, who has never left hospital since she was born five months ago.

Manager David Moyes suspended and fined the Dutch winger for missing training last Sunday.
