Everton defender Lars Jacobsen is ready to move to another Premiership club if he cannot agree terms over a new Blues contract.
"Everton comes first for me, if we can find a way to proceed," Jacobsen told Sporten.dk.
"I've had a meeting with David Moyes and we have arranged for a new meeting after the qualifying game. Then we will see if we can get a new deal in place. Right now I am only concentrating on the qualifier and don't want to waste time and energy on negotiating with Everton before the game is played.
"The game against Sweden is big, because it's one of my biggest goals in my career to get to a World Cup."
The 29-year-old has admitted that he has no shortage of admirers and should talks with Everton break down he would be willing to remain in English football.
"I have other possibilities, both in England and other countries if things don't fall out as I hope with Everton," said Jacobsen. "I can see myself playing for another club in Premier League, because I like the mentality and the game."
