Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini says his new hairstyle was not down to pressure from referees.

"You just do it for a change," Fellaini told evertonTV. "Your hairstyle has nothing to do with the game or what happens on the field, but I just decided to go for it and get this new style and there you go.

"I know it's hard to explain why people are so fascinated by it. I can't explain it, but if fans like it's fine, it's good."
