Everton defender Aaron Downes is delighted with his loan spell at Yeovil Town.

"I was a bit nervous but the lads have been superb with me, taking me under their wing," explained Downes. "I have settled in quite quickly and I feel at home now, to be honest.

"When you are comfortable with the lads you are not afraid to ask for the ball and you know what they can do so it helps a lot."
