Everton's Donovan ready to face LA Galaxy pal Keane and Villa
LA Galaxy pair Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan face eachother today in England.
Keane will make his debut for Aston Villa against Donovan's Everton.
Keane, 31, told The Sun: "Landon will do well at Everton, like he did a couple of years ago.
Donovan said: "Robbie's a great player. I remember the first day he came out there, watching him pass the ball — I was really impressed.
"The pass he gave me for the goal in the final was fantastic, absolutely world class."
Keane added: "I've been exchanging texts with him this week.
"I laid on a goal for him in the MLS final — but I won't be helping out this time!""He has a good relationship with David Moyes. We've played well together at Galaxy and I look forward to seeing him."
