Everton's Cahill: I've always said Chelsea boss Hiddink a genius

Everton midfielder Tim Cahill isn't surprised by the impact Guus Hiddink has made at Chelsea.

Cahill worked with Hiddink in Australia's 2006 World Cup campaign and said: "If you see what he's done to Chelsea, it's obvious how good he is.

"He's gone in there and cleaned it up. It was messy before and now it's nice and tidy and the boys have got direction.

"As a man and for what he's achieved, I've always said Guus is a genius. I don't know how he does it. He's a tactician, a master of it, and he seems to pull it off.

"He's a very regimented guy, very disciplined. It's that slight bit of arrogance that was special about him, but it was also great to have someone of his calibre to work with. Hopefully we can get the better of him at the weekend."
