Everton young gun Jack Rodwell has heaped praise on his manager David Moyes.

The 18-year old midfielder believes that the work Moyes does with younger players is second to none and helps inexperienced players perform better.

"He (Moyes) has been amazing. He's a great gaffer to have - he's helped me a lot because I'm young," he told evertonTV.

"He puts his trust and faith into the youngsters as you've seen over the past years, which is good for me and good for the youngsters coming through at Everton."
