Everton midfielder John Lundstram was thrilled with the size of the crowd for their draw with Manchester United U21s.
Over 6,000 fans attended Goodison Park for the 0-0 result.
Lundstram said: "There's no better feeling you can get really. I've played at Goodison a couple of times this season but to see 6,000 fans there was amazing.
"I think we did well against them. Obviously United will have their fair share of the ball but we got on it as well.
"The atmosphere is great at the moment with our group. We've got a good spirit and Unsy (David Unsworth) coming in to help has been great. He's a nice fella and a big help."
