Lundstram says his time with the Championship new boys forced him to grow up.
He told evertontv: "There's a lot more pressure on you [playing first-team football]. There is something at stake and there are fans paying to come and see you every week.
"It's a lot more of a man's game when you step into the football League but it was a good experience.
"It's helped me a lot. I've grown in confidence and I've got more experience now than a few of the lads."
