Everton are refusing to meet Lokomotiv Moscow's £8 million asking price for striker Osaze Odemwingie.
The Nigeria international has been recommended to David Moyes by Everton defender Joseph Yobo, but Lokomotiv's asking price is stalling the deal.
Everton manager Moyes is now seeking a loan deal with Lokomotiv for Odemwingie.
