Leicester City goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler intends to leave the King Power stadium this summer.

The German arrived from Hannover in anticipation of succeeding Kasper Schmeichel.

However, German sources say Zieler has become resigned to the Dane staying with the Foxes and now is planning to move on.

A return to the Bundesliga has been mooted, particularly with VfL Wolfsburg keen.

However, Zieler could yet stay in England as Everton have expressed tentative interest in recent weeks.
