It looks as though Kevin Mirallas will not see out his dream of signing for Olympiakos on a permanent basis.
The Everton forward is on loan at the Greek club at the end of the season. Earlier this month, he stated that he declared: "I have stated that I want to stay, but it is something which will be discussed at the end of the year."
But according to the Greek publication SDNA, Mirallas has been a 'failure' during his short spell.
The Belgian was dragged after 59 minutes in Sunday's Smyrnis, with SDNA claiming his response to being substituted was 'unacceptable'.
Olympiakos are yet to decide whether they will trigger the €6m clause to make Mirallas' move permanent.
