Everton winger Kevin Mirallas has accepted a major pay-cut to move to Fiorentina.
Mirallas is joining the Viola on an initial loan.
Calciomercato.com says the Viola have forked out £1m to secure Mirallas' services for the upcoming campaign, but the Belgian has seen his weekly-wage reduced by around £20k.
Everton originally wanted a £2m loan fee - with a £10m buyout clause - but settled for £1m up-front and a £7m permanent fee.
