Everton winger Seamus Coleman is desperate for European qualification after speaking with skipper Phil Neville.
The Republic of Ireland international was inspired by Neville's memories of receiving a winners' medal in the competition when his former club Manchester United triumphed in 1999.
Coleman told the Liverpool Echo: "The way Phil talks about the Champions League has whetted my appetite. He says when you hear that music playing before the game, you get an amazing feeling and as a player that's what you want. You want to play at the highest level."
