Everton are not prepared to sell their star striker Romelu Lukaku for less than £100m in the summer, claims talkSPORT.
The Toffees are not too keen on selling the 24-year-old, but his reluctance to sign a new contract has forced their hand in the transfer market.
However, the Merseyside club are hoping that their huge valuation will discourage the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, who are both interested in a summer move for the Belgium international.
Lukaku, who has two years left on his current deal, scored 25 league goals for the Toffees this season.
