Everton and West Bromwich Albion are set to make offers for PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen.

PSV are seeking €4.5 million for the Sweden international, who has less than a year to run on his current deal and in dispute with management.

Toivonen is keen on a move to England and both West Brom and Everton are expected to be in touch in the coming days, says Voetbal International.
