Everton boss Dave Moyes is planning a bid for Sevilla midfielder Seydou Keita.
The Mirror says Moyes had scouts watch the Mali international who also has a French passport. Sevilla believe Keita can be as good as Chelsea's Michael Essien and want £10m for him.
