Everton are ready to make a new contract offer to Stephen Pienaar.

The Daily Mail says Everton will make a new contract offer to Pienaar in the face of increasing interest from Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

The skilful South Africa midfielder has been a top performer for David Moyes's side but has only 15 months left on his contract. Everton made him an offer last summer but that fell short.

Now, with Pienaar's form attracting more admirers, Everton want to tie him to a new deal quickly.
