Everton and Aston Villa are chasing Fulham midfielder Dickson Etuhu.
The Mirror says Toffees boss David Moyes and his Villa counterpart Martin O'Neill are said to have been hugely impressed by the role Etuhu has played in Fulham's resurgence this season.
The Nigerian international, 26, joined from Sunderland for £1.5m last August and has been a regular under Roy Hodgson since returning to full fitness just before Christmas.
Etuhu signed on a three year contract but the Londoners are likely to offer him an improved deal in a bid to keep him at Craven Cottage. Wigan and West Ham have also expressed interest.
