Everton defender Sylvain Distin is proud to still be going strong at the age of 36.
Distin was recently awarded a new deal by Everton.
"I refuse the fact that at a certain age your body will go downhill," he told the Mail on Sunday. "I don't want it to go downhill, so I'm fighting against that. I'm passionate about my job.
"To be able to play in the Premier League you have to work hard and that's what I'm doing. I guess you know when it's time. I won't try to squeeze out one or two more seasons if my body is telling me it's over."
