Everton U21 coach David Unsworth expects more of his squad to move out on-loan.
Matthew Kennedy, Hallam Hope and John Lundstram are already taking in temporary spells away from Goodison Park.
Unsworth told evertonfc.com: "Without a shadow of doubt - we will certainly look to get the majority out at some point if we think that is what we need. If we don't think that is what they need, they will stay here and learn their trade.
"We've already had numerous clubs come in for our players and Joe [Royle] has been brought in to deal with that side of things. We work very closely together and if we think there is a window of opportunity for a player to go out on loan to a club that will benefit him, we will do that.
"At the end of the day, these are our players and it has to be to the advantage of them."
