Everton U21 coach Alan Stubbs has welcomed the appointment of new manager Roberto Martinez.

Martinez was unveiled yesterday.

Stubbs told talkSPORT: "It's a new dawn. It's a new challenge. We will see a different style of football at Everton this season.

"It's looking really exciting, to be honest. We're all looking forward to the season and getting back and working with him [Roberto Martinez]."
