Everton are threatening Lazio's deal for Racing Zaragoza midfielder Francelino Matuzalem.
The Brazilian has been impressive on-loan at Lazio after shaking off injury during the first-half of the season.
Lazio have first option on Matuzalem, but must move quickly with Everton and Zico's CSKA Moscow also keen.
