Young Everton defender Johan Hammar has joined Blue Square Premier division Stockport County on a one-month loan. The 18 year old heads to Edgeley Park in search of first-team football and could make his debut when the Hatters entertain Lincoln City on Tuesday, reports the Toffees official website.
A Sweden Under-19 international, Hammar joined Everton from Malmo FF in July 2010, signing a full-time scholarship with the Club.
