PSG wing-back Thomas Meunier is a target for a major Premier League club.

One scout from an unnamed English giant admits a move for the Belgium international could be considered.

"Given his progression for two years, his status as a Belgian international, he is a player who has a certain price," the scout told L'Equipe.

"I would say around €25-30 million."

Meunier, himself, has spoken of an ambition of joining Everton this summer.

He said: “We will see how it goes. I have two more years in Paris, my goal is to stay. I like it a lot, it's just like my family. The club didn't contact me, it's hard to predict.

“I could aim at a club like Everton, Valencia or Dortmund. Michy Batshuayi did really well going there. The fun is playing football, and that's the only thing I miss right now."
