Everton boss David Moyes is lining up a bid for Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair.

The Daily Star Sunday says Sinclair, 23, will be available this summer when Everton - who were interested in a loan deal in the January transfer window - will decide whether to make a firm bid.

Sinclair has failed to break through at City after a £6million move from the Welsh club last summer.
