Everton are eyeing a late winter market swoop for Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The Mirror says the Ukrainian winger nearly joined Liverpool a year ago from Dnipro.
Now he could finally be set for a move to the Premier League as his contract expires in the summer and his club are willing to cash in.
Konoplyanka is liked by Everton boss Roberto Martinez, who could bid if bad boy Kevin Mirallas is sold.
Mirallas was hauled off at half-time for taking and missing a penalty ahead of regular spot-kick taker Leighton Baines in the goalless draw with West Brom.
