Everton have added a clash with German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen to their pre-season schedule.
The Toffees will meet Bremen in Germany on August 2 and will come straight after the match at Birmingham City on July 30 and three days prior to the home meeting with Spanish side Villarreal.
Also on the agenda is a mini-tour of the USA with games against the Philadelphia Union (July 20) and DC United (July 23).
