Chelsea have slapped a £30 million price-tag on Romelu Lukaku.
The Mirror says Lukaku will join up with Chelsea in Holland tomorrow after a £30million price-tag was put on his head.
Everton are desperate to land the Belgium star on a permanent deal after he scored 15 goals on loan at Goodison last term.
Lukaku, 21, also wants to make the switch for good.
But Chelsea are playing hardball and have made it clear he will only be allowed to leave if a buying club is prepared to meet their hefty asking price.
