Everton striker James Vaughan says his loan spells last season helped develop his game.
Vaughan, 22, is hoping for a future at Goodison Park.
"The first one, at Derby, didn't go to plan because I picked up an injury which was disappointing for me," he said, "then at Leicester we had some success and got into the play-offs and were probably unfortunate not to go a bit further but it's definitely helped me seeing a challenge at a different club."
