Everton striker Louis Saha was delighted to be on the mark in victory over Fulham.

Saha was pleased with his goal that sealed the 3-1 win.

"It was a big relief for me to score," Saha told evertonfc.com. "It's been seven months since my injury and that last goal I scored was against Fulham. As a striker, it's all about scoring goals.

"I feel close to full fitness now. Every minute I play is a boost. There are some big games coming so it's a big week for us and everyone will get a chance to play their part.

"I'm pleased with how I am, but it's all about goals. I feel ready to start against Chelsea."
