Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is enjoying his football under manager Ronald Koeman.
The youngster joined Everton in August from Sheffield United.
He told Daily Mail: "I've spoken to him (Koeman) a little bit. He's told me to keep working hard and to focus on my technique.
"I've got the pace and I'm quite tall, but he says to focus on when I've got the ball. Hopefully I can take that advice on and put it into practice at the next level.
"We're definitely moving in the right direction (under Koeman). I came into the club and was involved with the first team pretty soon so I've got to thank him for that. He's been really good.
"A lot of the young players train with the first team and are involved in matchday squads. He's managed some great clubs and worked with great players. His experience is invaluable to me as a young player."
