Everton star Cahill left out of Kewell’s all-time Socceroos side

Harry Kewell has made a controversial non-selection in his best Socceroos side of all-time.

The former Leeds United and Liverpool winger, currently Watford's U21 coach, has named his best Australian lineup for ESPN but failed to include Tim Cahill.

The 35-year-old Everton great, who plays in China with Shanghai Shenhua, is regarded by many as Australia's finest ever footballer but could not make it into Kewell's XI.

Among Kewell's side is current Leicester City goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer, former Leeds and Middlesbrough stay Mark Viduka, Melbourne Victory's title-winning coach Kevin Muscat and an obvious section up front.
