A Premier League scramble is on for Blackpool winger Thomas Ince.
Ince, off contract this month, has declared he has no plans to continue his career abroad.
The Daily Star says Everton, Tottenham and Newcastle United are all keen on the player, who, as he is aged under-24, would be the subject of a compensation fee which could rise as high as £5m.
Stoke City, Swansea City and Hull City all held talks with the player in January and could make a move again, but French side Monaco appear to be out of the running after Ince's snub of a move abroad.
