Everton are demanding a massive £75m to sell Chelsea target Romelu Lukaku.

The Daily Mail says the Blues are struggling to land top target Alvaro Morata and could turn their attentions to the Belgian hitman instead.

Lukaku was in sensational form last season for Everton, scoring 25 goals in all competitions.

The Toffees are desperate to keep hold of the 23-year-old and have raised their asking price from the original £65m they were demanding.
