Everton skipper Neville would love seeing ex-Man Utd teammate Ronaldo back

Everton captain Phil Neville would love to see his former Manchester United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo back in the Premier League.

Ronaldo isn't planning to leave Real Madrid anytime soon, but Neville says the former Player of the Year is a credit to the profession.

He told the Daily Mail: "I'd go for Ronaldo, without a doubt. I spent a couple of years with him at Old Trafford and know how much work he puts into perfecting his skills.

"Every day, without fail, he would do an hour or so extra after training to make sure he was ready for the weekend. He is a superstar but is not afraid of hard work. He's quick, strong and scores every type of goal. Messi might be brilliant but Ronaldo is the complete package and gets my vote."
