Everton skipper Phil Neville has revealed his role in getting former Manchester United striker Louis Saha to Goodison Park.
"When our manager asked me about signing Louis, I said that Manchester United had sold Van Nistelrooy because of him," said Neville.
"Sir Alex Ferguson is a good judge of a player, and he paid £12m for Louis, so that tells you something.
"When he joined Everton, he was given the nickname King Louis, because there was an aura about him. The rest of the lads had watched him for Fulham and United and knew how good he was. If he stays fit, he can go as far as he wants in the game."
