Neville says the 26-year-old has been welcomed with open arms at Finch Farm and that his contentment at the Club is helping him do the business on the pitch.
"He is some player," the skipper told evertontv. "He is an outstanding finisher. The good thing about him is that he can create something out of next to nothing.
"He is finishing not even 50-50 chances but it is maybe 70-30 and he is scoring. He has lit up the place. We have been crying out for a centre forward all season and he leads the line well, he is great in the air, he can hold it up and is a great foil for Tim Cahill.
"The lads really like him and respect him. He's a good lad and he has settled in really well. You can see he is happy. If you're happy then you do it on the pitch and you are seeing that with him at the moment - long may it continue. We need him to keep scoring goals. At the moment he is causing problems for every team he faces."
