Everton skipper Phil Neville insists they can upset Manchester United in the FA Cup semis.

Everton had already seen off Liverpool and Aston Villa before yesterday's 2-1 win over Middlesbrough at Goodison Park.

And Nev said: "We've had to do it the hard way, so it had to be United again in the semi-finals.

"But we are not satisfied with just the semis. We aim to win the trophy. That's been our aim all along. From the moment we drew Liverpool and beat them the fans were saying it's going to be our year.

"We have one step to go to the final. We want to bring silverware to this club because it has been too long. Now is the time to step up and be men."
