Everton skipper Phil Neville has slammed the attitude of England's young stars.
Neville described the mass pullout of players from the Under-21 game against Italy last week as a 'disgrace'.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "When the England manager is looking to blood fresh faces and build a new team, to have players pulling out from the Under-21s is a disgrace.
"I was ashamed by what I saw. I don't see any England match as a friendly."
