Everton have signed Portugal U21 international Francisco Santos da Silva Junior it has been confirmed.
The 20-year old, commonly known as Francisco Junior, has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Toffees subject to international clearance.
The Guinea-Bissau-born midfielder has arrived at Goodison Park on a free transfer after coming through the youth academy of Portuguese giants Benfica and more recently having a training stint with Manchester City.
