Joel Robles is delighted to continue his career in England after signing for Everton.

His 13 appearances on loan at Wigan last season have only whetted his appetite for more Premier League action.

"I am a very ambitious goalkeeper, so continuing in the Premier League is superb," the former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper told evertonfc.

"I think my physical presence is one of my major attributes that I think goes well with the type of football in the Premier League.

"I enjoyed the Premier League last year. It is clearly the most important league in the world. I am just delighted to have the opportunity to continue that at such a great club like Everton."
