Everton loan signing Royston Drenthe has hit out at Real Madrid's coaching revolving door policy.

Drenthe feels the axing of Bernd Schuster spelt the end of him at Real.

"Real Madrid had one of the best teams in the world, with a mixture of young and veteran players," Drenthe said at his presentation. "We were better than Barcelona, but the team fell apart and the situation changed.

"They changed coaches [Bernd Schuster] and then they did it again and again. They change coaches like people eat chocolates, that is what happens at Real Madrid, although I learned a lot there."
