Everton plan to replace Marouane Fellaini with PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.

The Sunday Express says with doubts persisting over Everton's Fellaini, who is being monitored by Chelsea, Goodison boss David Moyes has ordered scouting reports on Strootman.

Manchester United also fancy the 23-year-old Dutch international but have yet to make a move, especially with PSV demanding £17 million. Even if Everton receive £20 million for Fellaini, they would try to reduce the Strootman fee to £10 million.
