Everton's French scout Michel Rablat can see Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe leaving for a world record fee.
Mbappe has been linked with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Chelsea this season.
Speaking with L'Equipe, Rablat believes the teen will smash Paul Pogba's world record transfer price.
He explained: "He is younger and he is an attacker, so we can estimate that his price is between €120m and €140m.
"I think he's overpriced, but the standard value today is Pogba's transfer. Apart from Neymar in Barcelona, I do not see anyone at this rate in Europe."
