Reports are suggesting that West Ham United could be looking to Everton's Nikica Jelavic this winter.
As the Hammers wait on injured centre-forward Andy Carroll, manager Sam Allardyce is crying out for some attacking quality and may look to sign the Croatian on loan in January.
Jelavic started his Toffees career with a blaze of glory in 2010, scoring nine goals in his first 13 outings, but has dropped off in the past 18 months with just seven Premier League tallies in his past 43 appearances since.
The former Rangers star finds himself down the Goodison Park pecking order with manager Roberto Martinez preferring the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas, Steven Naismith and Barcelona loanee Gerard Deulofeu up front.
