Ross Barkley has been described as a 'unique talent' by Everton manager Roberto Martinez.
The 19-year old attacking midfielder scored his second Premier League goal of the season in another impressive performance as the Toffees beat Newcastle United 3-2 at Goodison Park on Monday night.
His output, which came alongside a brace from on-loan striker Romelu Lukaku, was praised by Martinez who feels the one-time capped England international will only continue to improve.
"It's hard to explain how much he's growing game by game," he told Sky Sports.
"In pre-season he impressed and from that onwards he is getting better.
"He's a unique talent for an English boy. He has developed a good relationship with Romelu straight away.
"He's growing so much that if anything you need to take him away from the training ground as he's so eager to fulfil his potential."
