Everton are pondering a shock move for Fulham attacker Clint Dempsey.
The Daily Mail says Everton are considering rivaling Liverpool in the race to sign Dempsey from Fulham.
David Moyes is looking to bolster his squad after selling Jack Rodwell for £12m and Dempsey would be an ideal replacement for Tim Cahill.
Liverpool have bid £5m for Dempsey and could use Charlie Adam as part of any potential deal.
